The safety valve is an automatic valve, which plays a role of overpressure protection during the use of boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure pipelines. The working conditions and internal media in production will affect the reliable opening of the safety valve. The safety valve online detector can simulate the opening environment of the safety valve, set the pressure of the safety valve, and provide protection for the sensitive opening of the safety valve. Checking the safety valve under the operating state of the boiler pressure vessel, the system does not need to be shut down, does not affect production, and is more convenient; there is no need to disassemble the safety valve, which saves the work of disassembly and transportation of the safety valve, and the pressure rise time is shorter and faster ; The temperature and medium conditions of the online calibration are consistent with the production status of the safety valve. Compared with the offline cold calibration using air or nitrogen as the calibration medium and under normal temperature conditions, the high temperature modification coefficient is not required, and the calibration results are more accurate .
