High quality, self-adhesive rings and tips for (safety) valve Seat and Disc

reconditioning and re-finishing. The very thin, high quality, Polyester based

Aluminium Oxide material can be used for machining all common

valve seat / disc materials. The rings and tips are available in grains*;

· P80 / 180 μm high material removal rate.

· P150 / 100 μm high material removal rate.

· P240 / 60 μm pre-finishing.

· P500 / 30 μm fine finishing.

· P1200 / 15 μm fine finishing.

The Aluminium Oxide rings and tips are available on plastic sheets; very easy

to peel the ring / tip off and actually stick it back again for re-use. 
The corrosion of the medium in use of the valve and the scour marks caused by the discharge of debris during the installation process will cause the sealing surface to be damaged.
